HOW IT WORKS

What Does The Process Look Like To Get An Exam?

1. Place The Order

Order an Ultrasound or X-Ray exam by faxing a doctor's script and the patient information sheet to (866) 777-8589.

2. Technician Is Dispatched

On Site schedulers will assign a technician to your case depending on your location and our current workload. Normal lead time is within 2-12 hours depending on when the order was received.

3. Testing and Read

The On Site staff will perform the test according to the doctor's order. Test images are immediately uploaded to our Board Certified Radiologists for interpretation via a secure VPN connection.

4. Upload

The test results are uploaded immediately after the Radiologist does the read. The results are available to you (or your doctor) by logging into our portal or we can fax to you at your direction.

3. Payment

We either bill you as a facility (if we have an agreement) or we bill the patient insurance directly. We are a Medicare Part B Certified Company (IDTF) which enables us to bill almost any insurance.
